Dr. Roger H Brown

Dr. Brown was a GP for 22 years in in a large town GP practicein the West of Scotland He returned to NI in 2013, working for Kingsbridge Belfast for 3 years full-time and 1 year part -time as well as having both part- time and full-time roles in the NHS until February 2022  when he began working in full-time private practice in Kingsbridge North West Hospital.

As a lead GP he now offers some patient clinics and colleague support/ mentoring at the Belfast site. He is currently to sole provider in Northern Ireland of a new Hydrogel implant used to treat Osteoarthritis - Arthrosamid.

He has been a GP trainer ( since 2013) with Kingsbridge training academy, running courses for GP in minor surgery and joint injections in Belfast, Dublin and Sligo.

Dr. Brown was associated with Coleraine FC as a Medic for  5 years, and finished up in Jan 2023.

He has a special interest in men's health, joint and trigger point injections and minor surgery.

Personal profile

Dr. Brown has been married for over 30 years with four grown-up children and a menagerie of animals at his home on the outskirts of Coleraine.

He also has interests in sports (only watching now) including Rugby, Football, NFL, Golf and Tennis and interests in classic cars, He lives in the beautiful North coast area and enjoy coastal walks, golf and water sports while also enjoying getting away for short trips in his motor home.
