We are proud to once again sponsor the ‘Excellence in Workplace Health & Wellbeing’ award, which celebrates businesses that prioritise the mental health and wellbeing of their employees.

Through our Kingsbridge Membership Club, we are raising awareness and promoting excellence in workplace health by offering corporate members exclusive access to our healthcare services at preferential rates - without any cost to the employer. Over 200 companies and organisations are part of our scheme, helping to ensure that over 15,000 employees are supported in their workplace health and wellbeing.

New Investment in Women’s Health

In addition to expanding our membership scheme, we’ve recently invested in a state-of-the-art women’s health hub at our main hospital site on the Lisburn Road in Belfast.

Women’s health is becoming a top priority for employers, and with women aged 16 and over comprising nearly 47% of the UK workforce, prioritising their health is essential for improving productivity, boosting employee retention, and enhancing mental health and wellbeing.

Our women’s health hub specialises in providing tailored care to meet the unique healthcare needs of women at every stage of life. With quick access to private and discreet consultations in our modern facilities, we offer a compassionate, comprehensive approach to women’s health.

Services at the Kingsbridge Women’s Health Hub

• Cervical smear testing: Routine screenings to detect and prevent abnormal cervical cells, with a fast-track referral for colposcopy if necessary.
• Contraceptive services: Personalised advice and a range of contraceptive options, including counselling and coil/implant insertion and removal.
• Female health reviews: 50-minute, GP-led health assessments, including ECG and BMI checks
• Specialist gynaecological services: Expert care for menstrual health, menopause management, and endometriosis.
• Pelvic health advice, physiotherapy and treatment: Therapeutic interventions for pelvic floor disorders and related conditions.
• Consultant & GP-led menopause clinics: Dedicated support for the effective management of menopause.

As part of the scheme, we are offering an introductory rate of 15% off a female health screening at our women’s health hub. In addition to this, members have access to our women’s health GPs via the ‘ask a GP’ feature on our online portal. Members also have access to information resources around female health.
